This is your resource for reporting news related to progressive activism in Palm Beach County. Event submissions should go to the event submission form. This section is for you to have a spot for your story to end up on search engines without depending on the benevolence of the local corporate media. We want to read your stories. We can't dedicate staff to all events but all events can find at least one person to get the story here. We built this page to help spread the word to the community so help us by taking a moment to read our guidelines before sending your article.

• Give us a good headline. "War protest sees dozens of arrests", isn't nearly as useful as "Summit Post Office Draft Card Burning results in felony charges" The first headline is completely bereft of information. The second headline is informative and intriguing..
• Inverted pyramid. In your article, put the most important facts first.
• The Five Ws and the H. Answer who, what, when, where, why and how before the article is finished.
• Use basic HTML. We're not going to reject your story because you don't know how to use <p> tag but you'll save everybody time if you put that tag between all your paragraphs. Refer to the sidebar on the left of the description section for acceptable HTML.
• No code. Anything outside of the listed acceptable tags will be stripped out. That includes the style tag parameter.
• Incomplete submissions will be rejected. We don't know you so we can't be expected to do anything with your submission if we can't confirm anything about you. Makes sense? Good. Take the extra 30 seconds to do it right.
